Site Construction Manager- Hamburg

On behalf of a major EPC company, WRS are looking for a Site Construction Manager to join our clients team based in Hamburg.

This is a permanent position paying a monthly salary in Euros. Please note: The client is looking for German speakers who are willing to relocate to Hamburg.

Responsibilities:

• Developing winning Construction and Commissioning Strategies and EHS plans which support the overall project goals
• Providing construction input to the project throughout the engineering phase
• Support field transition from construction to commissioning and ensure contractor management is being controlled during this phase;

 Requirements:

• Must be a German speaker
• Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager – at least 15 years of experience.
• Hydrogen experience required
• Ideally, degree qualified or with Technically qualified / time served trades person with trade registrations / vocational qualifications.
• Demonstrable experience of managing large site teams.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards with the ability to manage contractors.
