Site Manager - Preston

One of the UK's premier house-builders is looking to appoint a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for one of their brand new sites in the Preston area which should total around 200 units when completed. Consisting of three, four and five bedroomed properties from £200,000 and onwards towards £400,000, the development is in a prime location in the Preston area. As the Site Manager or Senior Site Manager you'll be responsible for these operations you'll have an excellent health and safety, customer care and trades/build background and be looking to produce the best possible units for your customers and will be looking at 4 to 5 years work. We are expecting a March or April start date.

Joining as a Site Manager will mean you joining a group that is in the Top5 in the country in terms of numbers and turnover.
