Subsea HSE Lead
Paris
12-Month Renewable Contract
Responsibilities:
- Support HSE and Package Managers in project execution planning and implementation.
- Conduct HSE risk assessments, reviews, and ensure compliance with HSE Management System.
- Coordinate HSE reporting, ensuring alignment between project teams and contractors.
- Develop and update package-level HSE procedures and instructions as required.
- Monitor contractor compliance with HSE commitments, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
- Assist Package Managers in identifying and addressing HSE concerns.
- Attend and contribute to HSE meetings, progress reviews, and site inspections.
- Perform regular HSE audits, site visits, and investigations of incidents or anomalies.
- Oversee the quality and implementation of corrective action plans following audits and incidents.
- Consolidate HSE data for internal reporting, issuing weekly/monthly reports at the management level.
- Ensure timely communication of HSE events to project leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in a similar HSE role.
- Strong background in subsea installation and marine operations.
- Proven expertise in HSE management within large-scale offshore or construction projects.
- Familiarity with international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
