WRS Kurdistan is looking for an Expat candidate to work as Talent Acquisition Lead for a well-known international company in Kurdistan.



Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Sulaymaniyah



Job Summary:

The Lead, Talent Acquisition is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for ensuring the Talen Acquisition area is operating effectively which includes manpower planning, annual recruitment plan and define SLAs, developing an assessment methodology for all roles and building a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Establishing HR KPIs and talent acquisition area objectives
  • Review/update manpower planning process
  • Develop annual recruitment plan and define recruitment SLAs
  • Review and reengineer recruitment related processes
  • Develop guidelines and pre-screening criteria
  • Develop an assessment methodology for all roles/levels
  • Determine composition of recruitment panels
  • Re-design the interview assessment form
  • Develop an interview question banks (technical & competency)
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Training and managing HR Acquisition staff.
  • Preparing weekly report to Group HR Manager
 

Requirements:
  • BA Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management, & Management. MA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience for MBA/MA or 12 years of experience for BA Degree in Recruitment, and 4 years of experience at managerial recruitment positions.
  • Fluent English.

  • Good planning, forecasting and analytical skill.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • The ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • A leader and strategic thinker.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
