WRS are looking for a Senior Asset Manager-Team leader on behalf of our client who is one of the leading third party service providers in the renewable energy sector.
You could be joining a thriving company who are going through substantial growth with the renewable sector.

As a Senior Asset Manager Team Leader UK, you will be the technical expert and supervisor for the UK technical team under the responsibility of the Director of Asset Management.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage assets on day-to-day basis
• Be the Client point of contact & address Client’s request pertaining to the asset managed
• Perform Operational Controller duties plus on call duties, including weekends
• Prepare client reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Be responsible for daily Turbine / Solar status monitoring
• Carry out Performance Analysis
• Be responsible for Turbine Logbook monitoring
• Complete Initial fault investigation
• Create & Review Health and Safety plans
• Ensure HSE & Statutory compliance of the asset
• Assist in turbine inspections – GWO Training to be provided
• Assist in populating contractual reports
• Monitor OEM’s and Service Provider’s performance and contractual obligations
• Look for technical improvement solutions
• Responsible for general administration of each project
• When needed, represent the company in industry events and workshops
• Follow internal guidelines and processes

The Team leader will also:

• Manage a team of asset managers and field engineers/inspection engineer in the UK
• Manage the planning and workload of field engineers//inspection engineer
• Lead internal meetings
• Ensure the team delivers as per the internal guidelines and processes
• If required, be the point of contact of UK Customer with large portfolio
• Support the team to identify improvement axis and raise it to the management
• Lead the Safety Culture within the companies UK Asset Management team
