Would you like to work for a world leader in development and construction of offshore wind projects and works exclusively for one of the leading green infrastructure fund managers in the world?  If so, I am currently looking for a Technical Development Director, to be based out of Denmark.

The role covers:

• Leading the early-stage technical project development across all technical disciplines  
• Developing, driving and managing activities to secure safe, timely, high-quality technical solutions and delivery of the project   
• Developing and maintaining key supplier relations as well as identifying synergies and strategies  
• Managing and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholders' relationships   

To qualify you must have:

• Degree in Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience 
• Experience within the offshore wind industry in general and particular experience optimising wind farm solutions with regard to site conditions 
• In-depth understanding of value drivers in offshore wind project, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify the right solutions   
• Experience with procurement and contracting and effective project leadership & team management skills, conflict/dispute resolution  
• Global mindset and responsive to local and remote sparring, inputs, and requests, cultural awareness and ability to thrive in multinational teams
