WRS Technology is looking for Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Singapore. At WRS Technology we are a diverse team and continue to grow rapidly.
We use variety of world class, innovative, technology to help our recruiters successfully engage with and nurture relationships with their candidates, clients, and colleagues.
Utilizing our Intelligence suite you will research and analyze client requirements, coupled with the opportunity to introduce or cross-sell WRS’ services.
 
To be successful in this role, you need to:
  • Be a goal-orientated individual
  • Have the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Be a team player yet capable of operating autonomously
  • Possess a high level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a confident approach
  • Have an innate desire to be successful and a willingness to commit that this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a sales role brings.
