WRS are on the lookout for a driven, ambitious individual to join our Construction Recruitment team in Tampa. Whether you’re fresh out of school, uni, or have dipped your toes into sales and want more, this is your chance to build a long-term career in recruitment.

No experience? No problem. What we care about is attitude & application.

You’ll be learning the ropes from the best – a team of seasoned recruiters who know the industry inside out. We’ll coach you on how to find and place top talent, work with industry-leading clients, and build your own desk.
