Utilities Systems Engineer
Job description
On behalf of a major operator, I am looking for a Utilities Systems Engineer to be based in the EPCs office in Brentford.
This will be working on the FEED of a gas field development program on a 1 year renewable contract.
Role:
PMC will review and endorse the Utilities design and calculations for all following systems :
Candidates with the right to work in the UK only.
This will be working on the FEED of a gas field development program on a 1 year renewable contract.
Role:
- Follow up on process engineering activities with contractor and resolving critical engineering issues affecting the engineering progress.
- Review of critical project design documents and drawings such as design basis PFD and P&ID, produced by the contractor and the vendors.
- Provide process technical expertise and support to all aspects of process engineering associated activities including multidisciplinary support
- Experience with process simulation tools such as HYSYS, PRO II, Flare System and other relevant Process design and safety tools.
PMC will review and endorse the Utilities design and calculations for all following systems :
- Nitrogen (N2), Instrument Air (IA)
- Fuel Gas
- Fire Water
- Drinking and Potable Water
- Closed Drain
- Drainage System
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant experience in large to mega projects
