Senior Project Manager- Waste Water
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee wastewater projects through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with a self-performing wastewater GC. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of work are maintained.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Mgmt. or Engineering preferred
• 10+ years of experience within the wastewater industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
