WRS: Quality Policy

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions Limited (WRS) is fully committed to this quality policy, which will ensure that its services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. The goal of WRS is to provide solutions to our clients' and candidates' needs and to continuously achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Dedication to the implementation of supporting managerial and operational systems is essential to realising that goal.

To ensure we meet these requirements to the highest standards, strict internal procedures have been set governing the gathering, recording, and processing of all Client & Candidate information. All systems and processes are continually reviewed to ensure that the quality of our output is consistently of a high quality. We pride ourselves in finding the talent others can't and putting the right people in the right roles.

The quality policy that we have in place to achieve our core values involves 3 fundamental principles:

1. Ensuring that we identify and satisfy the needs of our customers.   

2. Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the potential for improvement.                                                             

3. Providing adequate resources and training to enable our staff to perform to their highest level.                                                         

WRS staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements and ensuring that the relevant procedures and guidelines are adhered to when meeting these requirements. Continual review and improvements of procedures/policies and guidelines will be monitored and implemented by the Management Review team.
