Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal quality regulations.
  • Facilitate and monitor contractor quality processes.
  • Conduct and support meetings, workshops, audits, root cause analyses, reviews, and inspections both onsite and across the supply chain.
  • Collect and analyze data to support quality reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance the quality system.
  • Coordinate with contractor representatives and third-party inspection agencies.
  • Participate in technical reviews and site visits.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years’ experience in quality engineering (industrial or construction environment).
  • Strong ability to engage in technical discussions from first principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and confident using digital tools.

What’s in It for You

  • Opportunities to work across multiple disciplines and stages of the project lifecycle.
  • A collaborative, safety-focused environment.
  • Professional growth and skill development in quality engineering.

If you’re ready to apply your expertise in quality engineering to a complex and dynamic project, we want to hear from you.
