Proud of our relationships with global leaders across key sectors…
WRS Training Services - Kurdistan Region of Iraq
WRS delivered end-to-end accredited training programmes for oil and gas operators in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, addressing critical workforce and HSE capability gaps. As an approved vendor, WRS managed everything from sourcing expert trainers to logistics, certification, and programme delivery. Training was tailored across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance and practical skill development. This scalable approach relieved client HR teams and positioned WRS as a reliable workforce development partner beyond recruitment.
Total Energies
WRS has successfully worked with Total SA since 2012, supplying manpower provision for global energies engineering, exploration, development, operations, and maintenance personnel. This agreement has enabled us to expand our business on a global scale, whilst developing our relationship with multiple EPC clients alongside their projects.
Salary Benchmarking, Kurdistan IOC Market
WRS delivered a bespoke salary benchmarking solution for oil and gas operators in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where reliable market data was limited. Using proprietary data and real-time market insights, WRS provided detailed, role-by-role compensation analysis for both local and expatriate workers. The reports covered salaries, benefits, and labour market trends across all key disciplines. This enabled clients to align pay with actual market conditions, improving talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning while positioning WRS as a strategic HR advisory partner.
Salary Benchmarking for TotalEnergies, Middle East
WRS supported TotalEnergies with accurate, real-time compensation benchmarking across the Middle East oil and gas market. Leveraging its regional presence, WRS provided role-specific insights on salaries, allowances, and contract structures. The tailored report enabled direct comparison across roles and locations, helping align pay with market realities. This ensured better cost control and talent retention, while showcasing WRS’s strength in delivering actionable market intelligence.
Repsol GFA
We’ve held a global framework agreement (GFA) with Repsol SA since 2016. The GFA covers all Repsol locations and operations worldwide, with exceptional results so far. Projects are bid out on a single or dual source basis and bid on with technical and commercial proposals for international contractor workforces.

Managing Project Contractual Changes
WRS successfully managed a complex workforce transition on the EACOP project after a shift in project ownership from Worley to EACOP. The team re-contracted 26 contractors through individual negotiations, handling legal, commercial, and logistical changes while maintaining project continuity. Despite the complexity, WRS achieved zero attrition and retained all personnel. The transition was completed on time in July 2024, showcasing WRS’s strength in managing large-scale contractual changes seamlessly.
Management of Travel Disruption in the Middle East
When geopolitical tensions disrupted air travel across the Middle East in February 2026, WRS acted swiftly to protect its workforce and maintain operations. The Contractor Care team rapidly coordinated with clients, travel providers, and contractors to reroute journeys in real time. Balancing safety, efficiency, and cost, WRS successfully managed 24 itinerary changes without incident. All contractors reached their destinations or returned home safely, ensuring zero disruption to critical project staffing.

Mobilising candidates always comes with challenges – but at WRS, we never let that stop us. We work to resolve issues, ensuring minimal struggle with the move.
But don’t just take our word for it. Here are some real-world scenarios where WRS were able to step in and smooth things out.
