Title: Revenue Growth Management Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead LRP, SBP and BP processes to build Revenue Growth plans and forecasts to achieve KPIs
  • Track & regularly analyse mix trends by Channel/Customer/Segment/Brand/Size/SKU to identify opportunities to drive Revenue & Profit
  • Liaise with all business units to gather insights about market/competition trends for New launches, Pack Pricing, Trade investments & Promotions
  • Provide weekly & monthly Volume Forecasting & Rolling Estimates
  • Co-ordinate with business units and Supply Chain for ensuring availability of stock as per Forecast and RE and decide on key interventions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all planning and reporting files
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment on plans
  • Tail end analysis, either to improve profitability or develop consensus to eliminate SKUs from the portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing
  • Over 3 years of marketing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Creative thinking that leads to innovation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good at cross-functional team collaboration
  • Result orientation and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of business planning and analytics systems
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, upper management and Corporate
