Role Overview:
- Hybrid field-based supervisory role overseeing HVAC installations and subcontractors.
- Local Travel is required
- Team sizes range from 2–6 installers per project.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractors and installers
- Oversee warranty calls and basic diagnostics
- Ensure equipment is on-site and jobs pass inspections
- Communicate with customers and property managers
- Hold installers accountable for quality and timelines
- Maintain long-term client and property relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–10+ years HVAC experience
- Strong technical HVAC knowledge (installation, testing, diagnostics)
- Preferred experience in apartments / maintenance environments
- Outspoken, accountable, self-driven
- Open to transitioning from residential into commercial HVAC
- Potential to grow into a manager role
