We are partnering with a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a client-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills, operational leadership, and the ability to manage projects to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are followed
- Develop project plans including estimates, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
- Oversee projects through coordination with field leadership to ensure delivery aligns with design, budget, and schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of internal teams and subcontractors
- Manage project financials including billing, collections, forecasting, and cost control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify needs, and resolve issues
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership
- Lead project reviews with a focus on financial performance and forecasting
- Mentor and support the development of project managers, assistant project managers, and field personnel
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company policies and national safety standards
- Participate in company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Journeyman Electrician license
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365)
- Experience with estimating and cost analysis
- Strong knowledge of project financials, billing, and collections
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring and managing project teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within first year)
Preferred:
- Master Electrician license
