Position: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Job Purpose
The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role aims to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the sales force by developing data-driven strategies, improving sales processes, and enhancing the use of digital tools and CRM systems. The role supports commercial management in making data-driven strategic decisions that contribute to achieving sustainable growth and increased profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales team performance using key performance indicators to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare advanced analytical reports on sales performance, product growth, and regional performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
2. Commercial Data Management & Analysis
- Develop and manage sales databases, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
- Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support management.
- Use business intelligence tools to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
3. Sales Systems & Technology Management
- Oversee CRM systems and improve their utilization within sales teams.
- Develop tools and technologies for sales performance analysis.
- Support automation processes in reporting and analytics.
4. Territory & Customer Planning
- Develop Territory Alignment planning models to ensure optimal resource distribution.
- Manage Customer Segmentation processes based on sales potential.
- Improve market coverage and increase the effectiveness of sales visits.
5. Sales Process Improvement
- Develop and improve sales processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase sales team productivity.
- Support the execution of sales performance management strategies.
6. Strategic Decision-Making Support
- Provide analyses and recommendations to senior management to support commercial planning.
- Participate in developing sales plans and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain departments to achieve commercial integration.
Qualifications, Experience & Core Skills
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) or Sales Operations.
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience using CRM systems.
