Our client is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee the construction of their underground electrical infrastructure projects. This is a traveling field role centered in Greensboro, NC. This role will travel daily from site to site, ensuring projects are on schedule and prepared for next steps. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable with ALL of the following aspects: excavating, shoring, trenching, and backfill.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Assist with site layout and process improvement
- Lead and manage multiple crews across multiple projects
- Prepare upcoming project sites for construction and finalize closeouts
- Guarantee all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage traffic control on project sites
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and underground electrical infrastructure
- Experience managing crews in the field on underground utility projects, duct bank projects, traffic control projects, and/or similar sized industrial electrical projects
- Comfortable with a large amount of autonomy on projects; Thoroughly understands project lifecycle
- Traffic control experience highly preferred
Salary, Location, Benefits:
- Salary based upon experience $110,000-$120,000

- In field in the greater Charlotte area for up to 50 hours a week
