Position Overview The Electrical Project Manager – Special Projects will oversee a variety of smaller, fast-paced electrical construction projects, typically ranging from service work and tenant improvements to quick-turn renovations and system upgrades.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and values strong client interaction. The position offers high visibility and autonomy while working closely with field teams and repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical special projects from initiation through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Handle billing, change orders, and project financials
- Coordinate with Superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
- Maintain schedules across multiple concurrent jobs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
