Project Manager II (Sheet Metal) – Data Center Location: Galleton, TN
Travel: National travel required (with flights home every other weekend provided)
A leading national mechanical contractor is seeking a Project Manager II with strong sheet metal and HVAC experience to support a large-scale data center project in Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, focusing on sheet metal and HVAC scopes.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of mechanical project management experience.
- Strong background in MEP construction, with emphasis on HVAC and sheet metal.
- Proven track record on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
