Birthday Half-Day Off
At WRS, we believe in celebrating our employees’ milestones and successes.
That’s why we introduced the “Birthday-half-day-off” policy, where each employee is rewarded with a half day off to enjoy and celebrate their special day after 1 years’ service.

Regular Event Days to Promote Team Building
We believe that a positive and enjoyable work environment goes hand in hand with employee wellbeing.
That’s why we organise regular event days and rewards to celebrate achievements, encourage team building, and create lasting memories.
Whether that’s through workshop days, social outings, or special recognition events, we ensure that all our employees feel valued and appreciated.

- An additional days’ holiday for each year’s service, up to a maximum of 30
- An additional paid day off per annum for all employees, regardless of length of service, to use to undertake volunteer or charity work
- The option to take a 1 hour 30-minute lunch break to undertake a fitness or wellbeing activity
- Access to an inhouse counsellor as well as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
