WRS recruits crews for crew transfer vessels (CTVs) supporting offshore wind farms worldwide. We place CTV masters, mates, engineers and deckhands with proven experience in turbine transfers, push-on operations and daily wind farm logistics across Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific.
What do CTV jobs involve?
CTVs are the daily lifeline of every offshore wind farm, transferring technicians safely to turbines in demanding sea states. Crews need precise boat handling for push-on transfers, sound judgement on weather limits and a strong safety culture, because dozens of people step across their bow fenders every day. We recruit skippers and crew with documented wind farm experience and the right national certification for each operating area.
Supporting CTV operators and wind farm owners
We work with CTV operators, wind farm owners and O&M providers to crew vessels on seasonal campaigns, long-term charters and permanent rosters. Our reach across offshore wind also lets us support clients with technicians, marine coordinators and shore-based staff from the same team.
Roles we recruit
- CTV Master / Skipper

Why choose WRS?
We understand offshore wind marine operations from installation vessels down to CTVs, so we know what good looks like at every level. Certified crews, honest advice and full mobilisation support come as standard.
