We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Salesman to join a fast-growing roofing contractor specializing in large-scale commercial projects across Southern California. This is a unique opportunity to work with a respected, boots-on-the-ground contractor known for delivering high-quality roofing solutions on complex and high-profile projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage client relationships across a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, retail, multifamily, and public works.
  • Identify, develop, and close new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roofing, new construction, and maintenance programs).
  • Conduct thorough site visits and project evaluations, collaborating with estimators and production teams to prepare proposals.
  • Prepare and present bid packages and formal proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities, and track all sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and delivery on awarded projects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or construction-related sales (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
  • A proven hunter mindset — someone who actively seeks out and develops new business.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand plans, specs, and scopes of work.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
