Position: Commercial Roofing Salesman – Reroofing/Maintenance/Services

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Salesman to join a fast-growing roofing contractor specializing in large-scale commercial projects across Southern California. This is a unique opportunity to work with a respected, boots-on-the-ground contractor known for delivering high-quality roofing solutions on complex and high-profile projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage client relationships across a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, retail, multifamily, and public works.
- Identify, develop, and close new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roofing, new construction, and maintenance programs).
- Conduct thorough site visits and project evaluations, collaborating with estimators and production teams to prepare proposals.
- Prepare and present bid packages and formal proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities, and track all sales activities through CRM tools.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and delivery on awarded projects.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitors.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or construction-related sales (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
- A proven hunter mindset — someone who actively seeks out and develops new business.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand plans, specs, and scopes of work.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
