Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and design electrical systems for projects based on project specifications and site assessments. Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Oversee electrical engineering aspects of projects, including scheduling, resource management, procurement, and budgeting. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, while resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Additional Duties: Prepare project reports, change orders, and final documentation. Participate in punch lists, system testing, and ensure all service agreements and system operations are properly connected.
Requirements:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, excellent project management and leadership skills, proficiency in electrical design software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret complex project specifications.
- Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
