Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calculating the material that is required for a construction project or any other type of manufacturing project utilizing our estimating software (Planswift).
- Review necessary construction documents and consult with professionals to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Participate in daily team strategy and workload meetings and weekly company goal meetings.
- Occasionally visit job sites to work with our Field Team to achieve optimal assemblies and results.
- Learn and work with proprietary scheduling and communicative software.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required – Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management
- A Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or estimating
- Working knowledge of residential construction, business process, and software systems preferred
- Ability to multitask which requires strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Incorporate a balance of urgency and quality into all tasks and directives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
- Natural process improvement-oriented mindset
