Role:

  • The OSBL Field superintendent will support the Area manager on monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor OSBL Power generation, and others works assigned to the team.
  • OSBL Power gen superintendent mainly includes but not limited to the main power generation system of the plant and all associated systems.
  • Degree in Engineering or another relevant subject required with either an advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience on industrial projects. Important to have specific experience in power generation and distribution systems, preferred in relationship with the LNG or gas processing feedstock.
  • Minimum 10 years in superintendent positions specific for the above-described scope.
  • Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk.
  • Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication, and leadership skills.
