HEALTHCARE SUPERINTENDENT (2 OPENINGS)
Location: Dallas / North Texas
Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 Base+ Bonus + Company Truck + Benefits
We are partnering with a nationally recognized General Contractor seeking two Healthcare Superintendents to support a growing pipeline of major healthcare work across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This is an opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile healthcare projects in Texas, ranging from $5M occupied renovations and critical care upgrades to large-scale hospital expansions and bed towers exceeding $1B in total construction value.
Project Types:
- Acute Care Hospitals
- Bed Towers
- Surgical Suites
- Emergency Departments
- Imaging & Diagnostic Facilities
- Campus Expansions
- Central Utility Plants
- Complex Occupied Renovations
Responsibilities:
- Lead all field operations from mobilization through turnover
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, quality, and safety
- Coordinate work within active healthcare environments
- Drive project milestones while maintaining strict infection control and life safety requirements
- Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate inspections
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Healthcare Facility Staff
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Healthcare construction experience required
- Experience on hospital renovations, expansions, or ground-up healthcare facilities
- Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Ability to lead work in active healthcare environments while maintaining patient and staff safety
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software preferred
