A well-established commercial and industrial mechanical contractor in the Beaufort County, SC area is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee multiple local projects. About the Role The Project Superintendent will manage day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical projects ranging from smaller commercial jobs to projects valued up to $15M annually.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in field supervision and wants to stay local to Beaufort County and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial & industrial HVAC/mechanical projects
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and material deliveries
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers and office staff
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Lead jobsite meetings and inspections
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$32+ per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in commercial HVAC/mechanical construction

- Knowledge of commercial mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and installation
- OSHA knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license
