Project Manager – Fort Myers, FL
A well-established mechanical contractor in Southwest Florida is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects across the region. This is a confidential opportunity with a reputable and growing firm known for delivering quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and coordination with field teams
- Build strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and internal staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Support estimating, scheduling, and manpower planning
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
- Ability to read plans/specs and manage project documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction software
