Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity – Tampa, FL
A leading mechanical contractor with over $100M in annual revenue is actively seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join its team in the Tampa, FL area. This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established and growing company known for its strong presence in healthcare and commercial mechanical construction.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee mechanical scopes on large-scale commercial and institutional projects (healthcare focus)
- Manage all aspects of project delivery—scheduling, procurement, coordination, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and client communication
- Collaborate closely with field teams and company leadership to drive project success
Project Types
- Hospitals and medical facilities
- Commercial buildings and institutional facilities
- Mechanical systems include hydronics, pumps, chillers, and more
Ideal Background
- 5–15 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, especially hydronics
- Experience managing mechanical scopes on projects $4M–$30M+
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple aspects of construction operations
- Willing to be based in or relocate to Tampa or surrounding areas (relocation support available)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80K – $150K depending on experience and seniority
- Bonus potential: $5K–$25K, performance-based
