Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Shreveport, LA
Compensation: $60,000 – $140,000 (based on experience) + 15–25% bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and project forecasting
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management (HVAC, piping, or plumbing)
- Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems and construction processes
- Experience managing project financials, schedules, and teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
