Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 + Bonus

A growing commercial mechanical contractor in the Southeast is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in a full-time leadership role. This position offers the chance to work on a wide range of large-scale, complex commercial projects while contributing to a high-performing and field-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical scopes (HVAC and plumbing) for commercial and institutional construction projects ranging from $5M–$35M+
- Collaborate closely with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Drive coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support preconstruction, estimating, and buyout processes as needed

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing)
- Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working for a mechanical contractor or MEP subcontractor preferred
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to the Tallahassee area
