OSBL Construction Superintendent

About the Role: We are hiring an OSBL Construction Superintendent to oversee all Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) construction activities for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project.
You will manage site execution across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence for critical infrastructure and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OSBL site construction activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate contractors and stakeholders, managing daily activities, interfaces, and work fronts.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and support pre-commissioning and system handovers.
- Enforce project procedures, promote team safety culture, and drive In-Country Value (ICV) initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on construction status and performance.
Profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 10+ years in oil & gas construction, with strong OSBL project experience.
- Solid understanding of EPC project execution, construction management, and HSE leadership.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
