On behalf of a major EPC client WRS are searching for a Piping Stress Engineer to work in clients office in the London Area. The role will be intitially offered on a short term contract with scope to be extendend and working in the office 5 days per week.
Role offers:
Office based working schedule
Competitive hourly rate outside IR35
Successful candidates require:
UK passport holder
Knowledge of applicable industry standards (ASME B31.3, API, BS and EN Standards).
Experience on large EPC and Brownfield projects
Experienced in using commercially available piping stress analysis software (Caesar II)
Working knowledge of PED
Experienced in developing and implementing project procedures.
Vibration mitigation of piping systems.
Forward thinking and happy to challenge the way we work and contribute the development of the KBR WAY.
Keen to knowledge share with Engineers located in Leatherhead and in other offices.
Good communication skills.
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Chartered Engineer Status (desirable)
