Job Title: Planning Manager

Job Purpose:
The Planning Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and ensuring the stability and scalability of the company’s network infrastructure. This role requires strategic planning, proactive capacity management, and oversight of network expansions, upgrades, and redesigns to maintain high performance and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Planning & Design:
- Develop comprehensive network plans to guarantee availability, stability, and performance in line with business objectives.
Capacity Management:
- Evaluate and verify the network’s capacity to handle increasing data loads without congestion.
Infrastructure Expansion:
- Lead the execution of expansions, updates, and redesigns between data centers and main distribution nodes.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a specialized team responsible for monitoring network performance and ensuring uninterrupted availability.
Business Continuity:
- Ensure automated backup systems are in place and effective to maintain high service continuity.
Performance Monitoring:
- Oversee the continuous assessment of network performance, recommending and implementing improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in the networking field, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Certifications:
- Cisco certifications (CCNA and CCNP required; CCIE is a strong advantage).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MikroTik devices and configurations.
- Strong understanding of network design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Industry Knowledge:
- Proven track record in telecom network planning and operations.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.
