Position: Plumbing Project Manager

A well-established MEP contractor with a strong presence in the Texas market is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join their team in Arlington. This is a confidential opportunity to join a company known for delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions on complex commercial projects.
Position Overview:
The Plumbing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring successful and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plumbing construction projects typically ranging from $1M to $10M+
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Conduct project meetings and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure quality control and successful project closeout
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects
- Background in healthcare, multifamily, higher education, or other large-scale commercial work is preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Procore)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
