We are partnering with a highly respected, well-established electrical contractor in Texas that is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of commercial construction projects in the Dallas market.

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and coordination with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
- Drive project profitability through cost control, billing oversight, and change order management
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure successful execution
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material deliveries
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress, financials, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies
- Oversee project documentation, invoicing, forecasting, and closeout
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Proven background managing commercial electrical projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Experience working closely with field operations and construction leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with estimating, change orders, and project financials preferred
- Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related background is a plus
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
