A highly respected General Contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing healthcare construction division in Nashville.

This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience managing complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:
• Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with field teams and ownership groups
• Drive project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards

Requirements:
• 5+ years of GC Project Management experience
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, or healthcare renovations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
