Title: Revenue Growth Management Specialist

Responsibilities
- Lead LRP, SBP and BP processes to build Revenue Growth plans and forecasts to achieve KPIs
- Track & regularly analyse mix trends by Channel/Customer/Segment/Brand/Size/SKU to identify opportunities to drive Revenue & Profit
- Liaise with all business units to gather insights about market/competition trends for New launches, Pack Pricing, Trade investments & Promotions
- Provide weekly & monthly Volume Forecasting & Rolling Estimates
- Co-ordinate with business units and Supply Chain for ensuring availability of stock as per Forecast and RE and decide on key interventions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all planning and reporting files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment on plans
- Tail end analysis, either to improve profitability or develop consensus to eliminate SKUs from the portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing
- Over 3 years of marketing experience
- Fluent in English
- Creative thinking that leads to innovation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good at cross-functional team collaboration
- Result orientation and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of business planning and analytics systems
