Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve defined revenue targets. The role focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and create plans to increase market share and boost revenues.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Sales Management
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure their achievement.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Manage and support the sales team to ensure high performance and attainment of defined targets.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with key clients and partners.
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee product positioning strategies, brand building, and marketing communications.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels to achieve maximum market impact.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on results.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market studies and research to understand customer behavior and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor strategies and identify differentiation opportunities in the market.
- Provide analyses and recommendations to support business development.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify business expansion opportunities with existing clients.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales results and marketing activities.
- Continuously work to improve sales and marketing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience in sales and marketing management.
