WRS is growing, we’re establishing our presence in the Middle East.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional from the staffing sector to help lead this next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative and compliant staffing solutions that meet the evolving demands of the energy industry in this these regions.
This is a rare opportunity to build somthing unique from the ground up, backed by a proven brand and experienced team. If you’re someone who thrives on making new connections, opening doors, and building lasting client relationships – we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven billing managers with strong business development experience
- Background in Energy recruitment is ideal, but we’re also open to high-performers from Tech, IT or Engineering sectors
- A genuine desire to build and grow your own client base while collaborating with and supporting your team
- Resilience, accountability, and commitment
- Based in Dubai with travel to Saudi (or relocating very soon)
- Strong understanding of manpower markets across Saudi Arabia and the UAE
