Senior Electrical Engineer – Tampa Bay, FL (PE license preferred or willingness to obtain)

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead construction design efforts for large-scale projects. This role involves overseeing electrical system designs, coordinating with project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review electrical system designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to implement technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure designs meet industry codes and project requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of electrical design experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
