Senior Electrical Estimator – Multiple Locations
Locations: Evansville, IN | Buffalo, NY | Louisville, KY | Paducah, KY | Cleveland, OH | Janesville, WI
A rapidly growing multi-trade contractor is recruiting experienced Senior Electrical Estimators to join regional offices. These are on-site roles (remote is not an option); relocation assistance may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive electrical estimates for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Review drawings and specs to develop accurate quantity take-offs, material lists, and labor assessments.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing; build complete bid packages.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure constructability and cost accuracy.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and support proposal strategy and value engineering.
Qualifications
- 7+ years electrical estimating experience (industrial/commercial preferred).
- Proven experience estimating projects $5M+.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Strong communication, time management, and deadline orientation.
