Location: Tampa Bay, FL
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimators to join our team in Tampa Bay, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical estimating, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Exp in Multifamily High-rise or commercial construction is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee estimating processes to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Collaborate with operations teams and clients to define project scopes.
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
- Perform takeoffs, quality overlays, and create detailed narratives.
- Allocate costs within project budgets and present proposals to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records in the estimating pipeline.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of electrical estimating experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
