Senior Plumbing Project Manager – Tampa Bay, FL

Location: Tampa Bay, FL
Position Overview: Lead and oversee multiple plumbing projects, ensuring financial goals are met while upholding quality standards. Mentor project teams, manage field supervisors, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business aspects of concurrent plumbing projects.
- Supervise and mentor project managers and engineers.
- Manage field supervisors, including scheduling and performance.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle materials, budgeting, and production activities.
- Plan resources to meet project milestones.
- Address scope changes and project issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience with a plumbing/mechanical contractor.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic piping systems in large-scale projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle or similar project management software is a plus.
