Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction
Location: Greensboro, NC
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/PM specializing in multifamily construction to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role will oversee several upcoming Class A multifamily construction projects across the Carolinas.
The ideal candidate will take responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of new construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role also involves providing regular updates to internal teams and supporting project staff in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure key deliverables are met.
- Provide updates to relevant team members on the status of ongoing projects.
- Mentor and support project team members with assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in project planning and management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
- Prior construction experience, with a preference for multifamily projects
