Job Opportunity:
Summary:We are seeking an experienced Subsea Package Planning & Reporting Engineer to oversee scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for a major subsea project. This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate scheduling, risk analysis, and reporting compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate progress tracking.
- Supervise and coordinate Work Package scheduling, planning, and reporting activities.
- Analyze critical paths and potential project clashes, proposing remedial solutions.
- Ensure up-to-date scheduling documentation and comprehensive reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Review and challenge contractors’ schedules, methodologies, and progress reports.
- Consolidate local content man-hours and manage reporting compliance.
- Provide regular updates to Package Control Lead and contribute to continuous project improvements.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 10-20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working on large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera and scheduling processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
