Summary:We are seeking an experienced Subsea Package Planning & Reporting Engineer to oversee scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for a major subsea project. This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate scheduling, risk analysis, and reporting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate progress tracking.
• Supervise and coordinate Work Package scheduling, planning, and reporting activities.
• Analyze critical paths and potential project clashes, proposing remedial solutions.
• Ensure up-to-date scheduling documentation and comprehensive reporting (weekly/monthly).
• Review and challenge contractors’ schedules, methodologies, and progress reports.
• Consolidate local content man-hours and manage reporting compliance.
• Provide regular updates to Package Control Lead and contribute to continuous project improvements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10-20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working on large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera and scheduling processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
