Well Services Supervisor – Coiled Tubing (Offshore Greece)

Rotation: 30 Days Offshore

We are currently seeking an experienced Well Services Supervisor with strong Coiled Tubing operations experience for an immediate offshore assignment in Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate offshore well intervention and well services operations.
- Lead and oversee all coiled tubing activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams, service providers, and client representatives.
- Review and approve operational programs, risk assessments, and permits to work.
- Monitor operational performance and provide technical guidance during execution.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily operations, lessons learned, and end-of-well documentation.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Well Services Supervisor in offshore environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience supervising Coiled Tubing operations.
- Strong understanding of well intervention, well integrity, and offshore operational practices.
- Experience managing contractors and service company personnel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid offshore certifications and medical certification required.
- Availability for immediate mobilization.
Preferred
- Experience working in the Mediterranean region.
- Multi-service well intervention experience (slickline, pumping, nitrogen, stimulation, etc.).
- IWCF or equivalent well control certification.
