HVAC Service Technician – Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $30–$50 per hour (based on experience)

A leading mechanical contractor in the Jacksonville area is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This position offers steady, year-round work, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement with a respected, well-established company.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
- Install and commission new HVAC equipment as needed.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and management regarding service updates.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (commercial experience preferred).
- EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification preferred.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
